I’ve got a great recipe for you today from one of good female fat loss friends.

I get a lot of emails asking how I manage my cravings while staying healthy and fit. This is one of the things I do to do so.

Now, the recipe below calls for ingredients from a great product, Fit Freeze.  It is a high protein powder that you can freeze to make tasty ice cream, pretty genius.

I know some of you guys are already using it, so the recipe below might be a good little twist to it. If you are not using fit freeze but you are interested in a good ice cream alternative, go check out their website here: Fit Freeze Website

If you don’t have fit freeze and are not interested in their product you can make a nice smooothie out of it by replacing the fit freeze powder with some other protein powder.

Here is the recipe below:

– Pour 5 oz. of water into a blender with powder from vanilla FitFreeze containerand mix well.

– Add ¼ cup of crushed ice and blend for anadditional minute, while adding in these ingredients:

• 1 ripe banana
• 1/3 cup o f your favorite kind of nuts

Pour mixture back into the container and freeze. Let thaw until desired ice creamtexture and enjoy!

To be honest, I don’t eat Fit Freeze everyday but this is a good alternative to when I get any type of craving for ice cream.
