Mouthwatering Metabolic Mousse

Today’s Tasty Tuesday treast are 4 mouth watering, metabolic, mousse treats that will become an instant guilty pleasure without all the guilt!  The yummy mousse treat flavors I’m sharing with you today are Almond-Joy Mousse, Chocolate-Addict Mousse, Strawberry-Love Mousse, and Vanilla-Awesomeness Mousse

Almond Joy Mousse

ALMOND-JOY MOUSSE

 MAKES 4 SERVINGS 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Can Full-Fat Coconut Organic Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Pure Almond Extract
  • Stevia, to taste

Directions:  

1.     Open the coconut milk, and leave the can uncovered in the fridge overnight. Don’t shake the can before opening-It should get very, very thick.
2.     Transfer to a food processor but leave out the watery bit at the bottom of the can.  Add in your almond extract and sweetener and process until fluffy.
3.     Before serving top with you favorite condiment. Enjoy!

If you stored uncovered in the fridge, the mixture gets even thicker

Chocolate-Addict Mousee

CHOCOLATE-ADDICT MOUSSE

 MAKES 4 SERVINGS

 Ingredients:

  •  1 Can Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Stevia, to taste

Directions:

  1. Open the coconut milk, and leave the can uncovered in the fridge overnight. Don’t shake the can before opening-It should get very, very thick.
  2. Transfer to a food processor but leave out the watery bit at the bottom of the can.  Add in your cocoa powder, vanilla extract and stevia and process until fluffy.
  3. Before serving top with you favorite condiment. Enjoy!

  • ¼ Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Stevia, to taste

Directions:

  2. Transfer to a food processor but leave out the watery bit at the bottom of the can.  Add in your strawberries, vanilla extract and sweetener and process until strawberries are puree and your mousse is fluffy.
  3. Before serving top with you favorite condiment. Enjoy!
