The yummy mousse treat flavors I’m sharing with you today are Almond-Joy Mousse, Chocolate-Addict Mousse, Strawberry-Love Mousse, and Vanilla-Awesomeness Mousse
ALMOND-JOY MOUSSE
MAKES 4 SERVINGS
Ingredients:
- 1 Can Full-Fat Coconut Organic Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Pure Almond Extract
- Stevia, to taste
Directions:
1. Open the coconut milk, and leave the can uncovered in the fridge overnight. Don’t shake the can before opening-It should get very, very thick.
2. Transfer to a food processor but leave out the watery bit at the bottom of the can. Add in your almond extract and sweetener and process until fluffy.
3. Before serving top with you favorite condiment. Enjoy!
If you stored uncovered in the fridge, the mixture gets even thicker
