SALTY KALE CHIPS

If you have a dehydrator use it, if not follow instructions below.

MAKES 4 SERVINGS

 

Ingredients:

4 handful Kale leaves
1 tsp. Olive Oil
½ tsp. Sesame Oil
¼ tsp. Tamari
Splash Lemon
¼ tsp. Ginger, grated
Pinch Espelette Pepper
Pinch Sea Salt

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the vinaigrette.

Add kale and massage with vinaigrette.

Arrange kale on lined cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 min.
