Peanut Butter Protein Cookies Feature
PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN COOKIES

MAKES 12 SERVING

 Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
• 1 Egg + 1 Egg white
• 2 Tbsp. Applesauce
• ½ tsp. Butterscotch Extract
• ¼ Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
• 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
• 1 ½ Tbsp. Stevia
• 1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda

Directions:

1.     Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.     In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, the eggs, applesauce and butterscotch extract until smooth.

3.     In a separate bowl, mix together the rest of the dry ingredients. Then combine the wet and dry ingredients together.

4.     Divide your dough into twelve balls and press them with your hands onto a baking tray.
