PAN SEARED SCALLOPS

Makes 4 Servings

 

Ingredients:

· 1 ½ lb. Large Scallops
· 1 Tbsp. Organic Butter
· 1 garlic cloves, pressed
· ½ tsp. Paprika
· 1 tsp. Celery Salt
· ½ tsp. Dried Oregano
· Pinch Cayenne Pepper

Directions:

1) In a small mixing bowl, add paprika, celery salt, oregano and cayenne pepper.
2) In a sauté pan on high heat, add the butter and garlic. Once the butter melts, add the scallops and seasoning.
3) Sear the scallops for 1½ minute on each side.
4) Enjoy!
