AVOCADO’N EGG WRAP
MAKES 1 SERVING
Ingredients:
· 2 Eggs
· 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
· 2 small Tortillas
· ½ Avocado
· 2 Tbsp. Salsa
· 1 tsp. Low-Fat Sour Cream
Directions:
1. In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add coconut oil and eggs. Cook and stir your eggs until they’re completely set.
2. Divide your eggs over the tortillas. Top with avocado, salsa and sour cream.
3. Enjoy!
