TURMERIC COCONUT DETOX TEA

MAKES 4 SERVINGS

 

Ingredients:

1 can of Coconut Milk + 1 cup of Fresh Water
1 tsp. Turmeric
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Raw Honey
¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1-inch Ginger Root, peeled and grated
Black Pepper, to taste

 

Directions:

In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients and blend.

Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, until hot but not boiling.
