LKQ Breakfast quick mixt

BREAKFAST QUICK MIXT 

MAKES 1 SERVING

Ingredients:
·      1 ripe Banana
·      ½ Cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
·      The juice of ½ Lemon
·      1 Tbsp. Organic Honey
·      1 Tbsp. Flaxseed

 Directions: 
1.    In a bowl, mashed the banana and the cottage cheese. Add the lemon juice, honey and flaxseed. Stir everything well together.
2.    Enjoy!
