Succulent Cranberry-Apple Sauce
MAKES 2 ½ CUPS
Ingredients:
· 1 Cup Apple Juice
· 2 Apples Gala, peeled and chopped into small chunks
· 1 tsp. Cinnamon
· 3 Cups Cranberries
· 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
· Stevia, to taste
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, add apple juice, apples and cinnamon. Bring to a boil; add cranberries, return to a boil. Reduce heat and boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce begins to thicken.
2. Stir in Apple Cider Vinegar and stevia.
3. Cover and cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate until serving time.
4. Enjoy!
